You will then be re-directed from Paypal back to Jennifer Morrison Florist website. You do not require a Paypal account. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.
Jennifer Morrison Florist pride ourselves in the quality of our flowers and supplying only the highest quality Dutch flowers. We work extremely hard to provide an excellent service. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your flowers as they are a perishable product, so that we can fully investigate any complaints and rectify them as quickly as possible. We are here to help in any way we can. Our team of florists have a vast knowledge of flowers and flower care with many years of experience to enable us to help. We include flower care cards with all our designs and advise that you follow the instructions carefully. Hand tied bouquets are designed for presentation only and should be removed from the cellophane bag of water after a couple of days as this only acts as a temporary vase, and like all vases of flowers the water needs replaced regularly. Flowers are a living product and are susceptible to the cold, heat, lack of light, drafts etc. Please keep this in mind when placing your flowers in your home. Our bouquets are unless specified, a good balance of choice flowers and longer lasting flowers to insure a display that lasts longer. Spring flowers, roses, freesia, gerberas are classed as softer flowers therefore will go over more quickly than the likes of carnations, chrysanthemums, lilies etc. All of these points help to guarantee the longevity of your flowers.
If a specific flower variety is requested we will endeavour to include it in your chosen design, however with some same-day orders it may not be possible to do so in which case flower content of equal value will be included.
We reserve the right to retain part payments when an order is cancelled, to cover on-line administration costs.
Information collected by our company about you during your registration with us will be solely used for our information only and will not be passed on to any third party. Please let us know if you wish to be deleted from our database at any time.
No Deliveries on a Sunday as we are closed. For same day delivery, orders must be made by 1pm. Orders after 1pm will be delivered on the next working day. Please note Business Hours. Remember to tell us your Delivery date when placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot take timed deliveries with the exception of Funerals and Weddings.
Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day. Online deliveries can only be within the UK.
Our Local Delivery service only covers the following towns and villages in and around Stirlingshire: Alloa, Alva, Bannockburn, Blairlogie, Bridge of Allan, Cambus, Cambusbarron, Causewayhead, Clackmannan, Cowie, Doune, Dunblane, Falkirk Royal Infirmary, Fallin, Fishcross, Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Gargunnock, Kippen, Menstrie, Plean, Sauchie, St Ninians, Stirling Royal Infirmary, Stirling University Campus, Throsk, Tillcoultry, Tullibody.
If the recipient is not home, we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery. If not, the flowers are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them to collect from the shop.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 48 hours before delivery is required.
National Delivery – Jennifer Morrison Florist will try to carry out all deliveries within Stirling/Falkirk areas. In the event of a delivery outwith these areas, we would then use our eFlorist service to relay the order.
